1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example: a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

* Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
* On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
* Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
* The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

* The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
* If you use the lounge after getting off the bus, a fee will be charged. The VIP Liner official app is also required to use the lounge, so please download it in advance.
On this bus, you may freely use your smartphone even after the lights are turned off. Please be sure to use earphones or headphones and keep the volume low enough to prevent sound leakage. * The fee for children is half the adult fee (ages 0 to 12).
