1. No show due to late arrival
Please note that th buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas . There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.
2. Price fluctuations
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.
3. Change to buses
Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.
4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・This route is operated using one of two vehicle types:
Front section with 3 individual seats per row and rear section with 4 seats per row arrangement, or front section with 4 seats per row and rear section with 3 individual seats per row arrangement. We are unable to inform you in advance which vehicle type will be used.
・A departure information email will be sent to you on the day of departure. Please check the car number and seat number listed in the departure information email. A crew member will guide you to your seat.
・Preschool children (under elementary school age / under 6 years old) will need to reserve a seat for safety reasons. Please reserve a seat for a child in advance. Child fare applies.

MEX AomoriFrom January 2025, buses with 3 individual seats per row, 2+2 seating (4 seats per row) , and onboard restroom have returned to service. While maintaining our existing facilities and services, the new vehicles are also equipped with privacy divider curtains on the aisle side of the 4 seats per row. The lumbar support cushions are also available at every seat.
MEX AomoriOnboard restroom available. Blanket rental service available (free of charge) Equipped with a canopy to help conceal your face. Even in the 4 seats per row section, curtains are installed between seats to help reduce droplet transmission. Antiviral and antibacterial coating has been applied inside the bus using the air catalyst "Cellfeel®". ※Please note that vehicle type may vary due to operational reasons.
