The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The dimensions (height + width + depth) of your luggage may not exceed a total of 250cm.
3. A maximum length of any side being 200cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with an identifier; we recommend using name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

[Caution regarding refunds]
Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses will depart on time. There will be no waiting for passengers at the departure point or at rest service areas. There will be no onsite guidance to the bus stops, so please be sure to check the location on the map in advance.

2. Fare Changes
Fares are subject to increase or decrease without notice. The fare at the time of reservation confirmation will be applied, and the difference cannot be refunded after the reservation is made.

3. Bus Change
Due to mechanical problems or changes to the operation schedule, there is a possibility that the vehicle, seat type, or onboard facilities may vary.

4. Delay in arrival time
The bus service may be cancelled or there may be a delay to arrival times at each stop due to operational conditions, roads, or weather conditions. Please allow plenty of time for your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

*Intoxication, consumption of alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the bus.
*Drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts.
*When reclining, please ask the passenger behind you before doing so.
*The schedule for restroom breaks is determined by the bus operator on the day of departure. Normally, there is one rest break every 2 to 3 hours, but there may be no rest break if the bus is equipped with a restroom.

* The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
* The dimensions (height + width + depth) of your carry-on luggage (small travel items) allowed inside the car should not exceed a total of 100cm.
* You may be seated next to a passenger of the opposite gender.
* In the case a double-decker bus is operated, there may be differences between the first and second floor seat types.
* This route is jointly operated by 2 companies: JR Tokai Bus and JR Bus Kanto.
* Boarding and alighting locations available on Kosokubus.com are limited to major stops only. In actual operation, the bus also serves multiple stops including locations on expressways, in addition to the selectable stops.
[Important Notice] From August 1 onwards, a child fare is required for all infants (age 0 and above). If a child fare is not selected at the time of booking, boarding will not be permitted due to passenger capacity limits. Please include all infants when selecting the number of passengers.
