The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 250 cm, and each side must be no longer than 200 cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with an identifier; we recommend using name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.
* Musical instruments
* Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
* Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, stock certificates, and antiques
* Sports paraphernalia such as surf boards, golf clubs and archery bows
* Bicycles (including folding bikes).
* Dangerous goods
* Furniture
* Delicate equipment
* Firearms, blades, and other weapons
* Cardboard boxes
* Animals and pets

Please understand that our company will bear no responsibility for any loss resulting from damage or theft of luggage during transport.

- When handing your luggage over for trunk storage on the night bus, please attach the label that will be given to you by staff. (Please tear off and keep the identifying end on the tag When retrieving your luggage, please check the identification number on your ticket with that on your luggage）

■Caution regarding refunds
* Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example: a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
* Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
* On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
* Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
* The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
* The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
* For both day buses and night buses, regardless of 3 row or 4 row seating, there is the chance a member of the opposite gender may be seated next to you. (gender is not taken into consideration)
* Please be sure to board the bus at the stop you reserved. * If you use a bus stop different from your reservation, boarding or alighting may not be permitted.
* Regardless of whether the bus is equipped with an onboard restroom, two rest stops are scheduled during the trip (at Kariya Service Area and Konan Parking Area).
* The size of luggage (small travel items) carried in the car is limited to 100 cm in total length, width, and height.

* For passengers traveling with infants or toddlers
Children aged 5 and under may ride on an adult’s lap free of charge (one child per adult, seat shared).
However, if the bus is full, boarding will not be permitted as it would exceed the legal passenger capacity.
(Customers who later apply with payment will be given priority.)
