    The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
    1. Only 1 or 2 pieces of check-in luggage per passenger.
    2. One piece of baggage, the sum of your luggage's height, width and depth must not exceed 150 cm.
    3. When checking in 2 pieces of luggage; the combined total of height, width and depth must not exceed 240 cm.

    If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

    The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

    No refunds will be given in the following cases.

    1. No show due to late arrival
    Please note that the buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas. There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.

    2. Price fluctuations
    Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.

    3. Change to buses
    Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.

    4. Late arrivals
    Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

    ・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

    [Important notes regarding your bus ride]
    ・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
    ・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
    ・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
    ・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

    [Caution regarding this bus plan]
    ・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
    ・Seats will be assigned after 3pm on the day of departure. The crew will direct you when you board the bus.
    ・The bus will depart at the scheduled time. Please allow plenty of time to assemble at your reserved bus stop prior to the departure time. Please note that we will not contact the passengers by phone. We appreciate your understanding. There is no contact number available outside the reservation center’s business hours. Please make sure to check the location of the bus stop in advance and allow plenty of time to assemble prior to the departure time.
    ・This service includes a transfer between the boarding locations in Kochi Prefecture / Ehime Prefecture / Miyoshi Bus Stop and Kotobus Station Naruto Interchange (Tokushima Prefecture). There will be a shuttle bus organized for the transfer.
    Please note that a standard vehicle will be used for the shuttle bus.

    There is a transfer on the way!There is a transfer at Kotobus Station Naruto Interchange. Standard shuttle buses (sightseeing bus type) will be used for the Kochi and Matsuyama sections. *There is no transfer on the Takamatsu/Tokushima section.
