Please note that our company will bear no responsibility for any loss during transport.

* In the case of ski equipments being loaded in the trunk, please load gears such as crampons, picks, pet bottles and covers in a dismantled fashion as they are the cause of harm and damage to other baggages.

■Caution regarding refunds
No refunds will be given in the following cases.

1. No show due to late arrival
Please note that th buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas . There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.

2. Price fluctuations
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Change to buses
Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

[Caution regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Wi-Fi and power outlets installed in 3-seats per row arrangement vehicles are supplimentary services. Please note that there will be no refunds in the event that these services are not available due to unforeseen circumstances.
・We plan to take 2-3 breaks along the route. (Rest stop locations/times are subject to change dependeing on the road conditions or service area availability.)
・There are bus stop signs at each pick-up/drop-off point. Please make sure to check the location of the bus stop on the map in advance. Please allow plenty of time to assemble at your reserved bus stop prior to the departure time.
