1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.
2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.
3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.
4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

Example of Bus ExteriorThis route is operated solely by JR Bus Chugoku. We will operate using a double-decker bus. The front section of the upper deck features business seats, while all other seats, including the lower deck, are 3 seats per row independent seats. Operated by 1 crew member (with a crew change en route).
Business SeatsExclusive to the first 2 rows on the upper deck, with only 6 seats available. Seat pitch is approximately 118cm, wider than standard seats (approximately 80cm, with 2 rows fitted in the space of 3 standard rows). Additionally, an adjustable headrest pillow and an ottoman (footrest) are provided.
Battery charger amenities available.Seats are equipped with either a power socket or a USB socket. *Will vary by vehicle. You cannot confirm which beforehand.
On-board restroom available.You can have peace of mind even during long journeys, just in case of any unforeseen circumstances. The restroom is located on the lower deck.
