2) With a total volume not exceeding 0.027m3 (each dimension must be within 0.3m), and a maximum length of 1m.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.
2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.
3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.
4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

Example of Bus ExteriorThis will be a sole operation by the JR Bus Chugoku. We will operate using a double-decker bus. The front section on the second floor features business seats, while all other seats, including those on the first floor, are independent 3-row seats. The bus operates with one driver(at drivers may change during the journey).
Business seatsA special seating area limited to 6 seats in total, located in the front two rows on the second floor. The seat pitch is approximately 118cm, offering significantly more space compared to standard seats(approximately 80cm). Two rows are installed in the space normally used for three rows. In addition, the seats are equipped with adjustable headrests and ottomans(footrests).
Charging facilities available.Seats are equipped with either a power socket or a USB socket. *Will vary by vehicle. You cannot confirm which beforehand.
Onboard restroom available.You can have peace of mind even during long journeys, just in case of any unforeseen circumstances. The toilet is located in the first floor.
