Please note that th buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas . There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.
2. Price fluctuations
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.
3. Change to buses
Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.
4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

・The JR Bus Kanto service will be operated using Tokushima Bus vehicles under a management consignment agreement.

Facilities on board.Every seat comes equipped with a power socket or USB outlets. Free Wi-Fi is available on bus. *Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the bus may be operated in a vehicle without facilities without prior notice.
On-board restroom available.The restroom is located on the first floor. Assuring to have on a long journey, just in case!
