Luggage restriction

Carry-on luggage

In terms of carry on luggage there is not a specific size limit, but the passenger must be able to carry it on their lap or by their feet without causing an inconvenience to other passengers.

Suitcases are not allowed onboard the bus as they may prevent passengers from reclining their seats. We also ask that customers refrain from putting luggage in the aisles.

Stored luggage in a trunk

The rules regarding stored luggage are as stated below.
1. One piece of luggage per customer
2. The total dimensions (height + width + depth) cannot exceed 1m and a total volume of 0.027㎥.
3. Weight must not exceed 10kg
If your luggage does not fit within the parameters above we ask that you use a different means to transport your luggage.
We recommend you to clearly mark your luggage using a name tag to avoid confusion with another passenger's luggage.

The following items are not permitted as carry-on or stored luggage.

∙ Fragile items that are susceptible to breakdown due to shaking or high temperatures.
∙Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewellery, share certificates and antiques
∙Sports equipment such as surfboards, golf bags and archery bows
∙ Bicycles (including folding ones)

∙Furniture
∙Precision instruments
∙Firearms and knives
∙Cardboard, etc.
∙Animals or pets

Our company does not take any responsibility for damages or loss of luggage during transport. We ask for your understanding.

Important Refund Notice:Refunds are not available in the following cases under any circumstances. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Late Arrival or No Show:
The bus departs as scheduled, even if a passenger doesn't show up.
Departure delays due to train delays or other reasons are not possible.
Please confirm the boarding location on the map and arrive 15 minutes early.
Fare Changes:
Fares may change without notice, and booked fares cannot be refunded.
Bus Schedule Changes:
Bus type or seat type may change due to engine trouble or schedule changes.
Delays to Arrival Time:
Delays due to weather or traffic won't result in refunds.
Plan for extra time if you have connecting arrangements.

Buses departing at night arrive the following day.

Bus Travel Rules:

No boarding while intoxicated, alcohol consumption, or smoking.
Seat belts are mandatory.
Please notify the passenger behind before reclining your seat.
Toilet breaks are scheduled approximately every 2-3 hours, but buses with onboard toilets may skip breaks.

Arrive 5 minutes early; no responsibility for missed departures.
Routes may change due to road closures.
Stops may be skipped if no passengers are scheduled.
Facilities, meals, and shopping are at your expense.
Tourist facility hours may change.
Vehicle size may change; contact for excess luggage.
