In terms of carry on luggage there is not a specific size limit, but the passenger must be able to carry it on their lap or by their feet without causing an inconvenience to other passengers.

Suitcases are not allowed onboard the bus as they may prevent passengers from reclining their seats. We also ask that customers refrain from putting luggage in the aisles.

Luggage placed in the trunk space is limited to one item per person, regardless of size.
・Surfboards, fishing rods, SUP boards, bicycles (packed in a travel bag): one item per person.
・The following items cannot be placed in the trunk: 贵重物品(现金、贵重金属、护照等)、精密设备(电脑、相机等)、生鲜食品、动物(装入笼中的小动物可托运)、其他易碎物品。
※ However, guide dogs are allowed in the passenger cabin (with seats designated behind the driver). Guide dogs may use the aisle.

aution regarding refunds
Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

※ If you receive a notification of service suspension, please do not cancel your reservation yourself (cancellation fees may apply).

※ The bus departs on schedule. Please pay close attention to the boarding location and time. Make sure to check the departure time and gather at the designated meeting point at least 5 minutes before departure.
We are unable to take responsibility if you miss the bus, so please be aware.
※ The fare for adults and children is the same.
※ Expenses for paid facilities, meals, shopping, etc., will be borne by each individual.
※ Please note that the opening hours and closure dates of tourist facilities may change.

※ The service is operated by a microbus.
※ It is a free seating system with prior reservation. Passengers will board the bus in the order they are waiting at the bus stop.
Please note that should all main seats be filled, you may have to use auxiliary seats.
Moreover, even if you have to use auxiliary seats, the price will be the same. (We cannot any accommodate seat designations beforehand.)
*The bus will depart on its scheduled departure time even if booked customers are not present at the bus stop.
*Bad weather and road congestion may result in longer-than-scheduled travel times. *In particular, departure and arrival times in operation after a typhoon, during consecutive day-offs and around New Year may deviate greatly from the schedule. So we ask that you please maintain leeway in time when utilizing this service. No refunds will be made in such cases either. We thank you for your understanding.
※ For customers flying on the same day, please make sure to leave about 2 hours of buffer time before your flight’s departure when participating.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that you miss your flight.
