The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:

2. The total dimensions (height + width + depth) cannot exceed 155cm.

■Caution regarding refunds
* Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example: a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
* Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
* On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
* Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
* The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
* The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
* The lounge can be used for free from 8pm day on day of departure. If you wish to use the lounge after getting off the bus, you will be charged. Please check the official VIP Liner website for details. Additionally, the use of the lounge requires the "VIP Lounge App," so please download it.
* The fee for children is half the adult fee (ages 0 to 12).
* It is the passengers responsiblity to make sure there seatbelts are secure at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure the safety of our passengers.
* Within the lounges some services require a separate fee. These services are not included in the bus fee.
* Strict adherence to meeting times
Please come to the waiting place corresponding to your departure location. We will escort you from there to the boarding location.
At Namba, Osaka, or Kyoto, please complete boarding procedures at least _20 minutes_ prior to departure.
