The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
The size limit is a total of 1 meter for height, width, and depth combined, with a volume not exceeding 0.027 cubic meters (approximately 30cm x 30cm x 30cm).
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with an identifier; we recommend using name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.
* Musical instruments
* Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
* Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, stock certificates, and antiques
* Dangerous goods
* Furniture
Precision instruments and computers (including electronic data).

* Cardboard boxes
* Animals and pets

The following items can be loaded for a fee of 500 yen per item, only if there is sufficient space available.
You can pay the 500 yen fee directly to the bus driver or at the staffed counter of JR Tokyo or the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Window 2)
Folding bicycle (must be stored in a bike bag).
Surfboard (must be under 2 meters in length and placed in a protective board case).
Golf bag
Large suitcase with Total dimensions of approximately 200cm or more

Important Information Regarding Refunds
For the following cases, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.
On the day of travel, please show your "QR code" to the driver of the designated bus for boarding. As a rule there are no crew members present at the bus stops. Your QR code is sent to your registered email address automatically after you have completed payment. Please confirm the attached PDF. If you are unable to show your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new one for the full price.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.
・This route is operated by JR Bus Kanto.
- We are unable to tell you beforehand what type of socket (power or USB) your seat will be equipped with.
・A rest stop is scheduled at Kamisato SA on the way.
