The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply.
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total sum of your luggage's height, width and depth must not exceed 150 cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with an identifier; we recommend using name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.
* Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
* Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, stock certificates, and antiques
* Bicycles (including folding bikes).
* Dangerous goods
* Furniture
* Delicate equipment
* Firearms, blades, and other weapons
* Cardboard boxes
* Animals and pets

* The rules regarding passengers with musical instruments
Up until now, we have refused to load musical instruments, but starting on January 2nd, 2025, the loading of musical instruments will be charged (1,500 yen / 1 piece / local payment). (* However, there is no compensation for damage.)

※ Musical instruments can be stored in trunks.
* Sports equipment such as surfboards, golf bags, and archery bows can be stored in trunks.

■Aution regarding refunds
Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2. Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
* Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
* On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
* Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
* The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. * Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
* The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
* This bus arrives at Hiroshima via Okayama. (Cannot be changed after reservation)
* When making bookings for multiple passengers, it is possible that not all passengers will be seated together.
Please note that a member of the opposite gender may be seated next to you.
* USB ports may not be available due to equipment problems.
It is the additional service, the fare does not include the usage fee. Should you not be able to use them, you will not be entitled to a refund.
