In terms of carry on luggage there is not a specific size limit, but the passenger must be able to carry it on their lap or by their feet without causing an inconvenience to other passengers.

Suitcases are not allowed onboard the bus as they may prevent passengers from reclining their seats. We also ask that customers refrain from putting luggage in the aisles.

2. Total of the three dimensions must be within 2 meters (each dimension within 60 centimeters).
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 15kg.

Important Information Regarding Refunds
For the following cases, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

・Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・If the drop-off location is at Kōsoku Maiko, the trunk room cannot be used.

    The vehicle is equipped with a drive monitor system, a preventative breaking system, and a lane deviation alert system. Inside the car, use the outside air intake mode of the air conditioner and thoroughly ventilate the car. Operation with vehicles equipped with "Plasmacluster Generator" which has air purification effect. No need to worry about toilet breaks: there is a toilet present on board.

    Please wear a mask when using the bus. (From March 13, 2023, the wearing of masks will be at the discretion of individual passengers. Please be considerate of other passengers and refrain from talking with other passengers on the bus.

  • Facilities on board.

    Electricity outlets and Wi-Fi may not be available due to vehicle changes. Power outlets and Wi-Fi are additional services, and are not included in the travel price. No refunds will be provided if these services are unavailable.

    The location of the toilet depends on the bus.
