The rules regarding stored luggage are as stated below.
1) One piece of luggage per passenger
2) Within the dimensions: 50 x 60 x 120 CM.
3) Luggage weight must not exceed 10 Kg.

If your luggage does not fit within the parameters above we ask that you use a different means to transport your luggage.

【The rules regarding carry-on luggage】
One bag per person. We do not allow valuable possessions or fragile items on board. Depending on how crowded the bus is, we may not allow larger luggage on-board.

Please note that the items listed below are not allowed on the bus.
Musical instruments.
Easily breakable items, as well as items easily damaged when exposed to vibration or high temperatures.
Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewellery, stock certificates, and antiques.
Surf boards, golf clubs, archery and other sports equipment.
・ Folding bicycles.
Dangerous goods.
Animals.
・Any items that may be damaged in the bus.

Our company will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss to luggage during transport. We appreciate your understanding.

* On some occasions buses with 4-seat rows are operated.
* The last row consists of 4 seats. (same price)
* The location of the toilet varies by bus.

※On the day of departure, please show the driver your "Mobile Booking Ticket" and finish boarding procedures. Please be advised that there will not be a bus attendant available at the bus stop.
If you do not have your "Mobile Booking Ticket" upon boarding, we will have to ask you to pay the full bus fare.
*Seats are automatically allocated once a booking has been confirmed When booking seats for more than one passenger, there may be instances when seats can not be allocated next to each other. We appreciate your understanding.
As seats are allocated automatically, we are not able to offer preferential seating.

No refunds are available in the following cases:
1) No Show due to delays
Buses will depart at their scheduled times even if all passengers have not shown up yet. Furthermore, we are unable to fulfill requests for late departures, as this would affect the fulfillment of other scheduled obligations. Please check your meeting or boarding point in advance, and arrive on time.

2) Change in price
Fares may be subject to an increase or decrease in price without any advance notice. Under no circumstances can refunds be obtained for any price other than that at which the purchase was made.

3) Change of bus
The actual bus type, seating configuration, number of seat rows, and bus facilities may differ from as scheduled. This may occur when a bus goes out of service due to a mechanical fault.

4) Delay and Suspension of service
Bus service may be suspended due to road, traffic or weather conditions.
Arrival time at any bus stop may be delayed for the same reason. This may occur during times of heavy congestion, and may cause long delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important notes regarding your reservation:
Night buses departing after midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec 31 at 24:30 (= Jan 1 at 0:30) will arrive on the morning of Jan 1.

Important notes regarding your presence aboard the bus:
* Refrain from smoking or drinking on the bus, as well as boarding the bus while intoxicated. Passengers who trouble or bother other passengers will not be allowed on the bus.

* The bus driver and all passengers are legally obliged to fasten their seat belts.
