Important notice regarding refunds.
Refunds are not available in the following cases under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Late arrival or no show
As the bus serves as public transportation, the bus will depart as scheduled even if a passenger does not show up. In this situation the passenger will not be contacted. We can not accept any requests to delay departure even if there are train delays, etc. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth service.
Please make sure to confirm the location on the map in advance and to arrive at the allocated meeting time or 15 minutes before departure. If you are unsure of the boarding location please make sure to make any enquiries during business operating hours. There is not a boarding information counter at this location so please make sure to confirm all details beforehand.

2. Increase or decrease of fare
Fares may be subject to an increase or decrease in price without prior notice. (i The bus fee is set at the time of booking any changes in fee cannot be refunded.

In case of engine trouble or changes to the bus schedule, the bus type or seat type requested may be subject to change.

4.Delays to arrival time
There may be delays to the scheduled arrival time due to weather or traffic conditions. If the bus travels from the scheduled starting point to the final destination, then regardless of delays no refunds will be given. If you have another connection after arrival, please allow yourself plenty of time to make your transfer.

Important booking information
Buses departing in the middle of the night will be listed as arriving the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec 31 at 24:30 (= Jan 1 at 12:30am) will arrive on the morning of Jan 1.

Important notice regarding bus travel
Boarding the bus while intoxicated, consumption of alcohol, and smoking are not permitted.
* The bus driver and all passengers are legally obligated to fasten their seat belts. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe ride.
Please kindly inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
Toilet breaks are scheduled by the bus company on the day of departure. Please confirm this at the time of boarding. It will vary by bus but toilet breaks are set at approximatley every 2 to 3 hours. However, buses with toilets on board may run without toilet breaks.

The operating bus company provides vehicle insurance (Unlimited Personal Insurance ).
Luggage restriction
The rules regarding stored luggage are as stated below.
1. One piece of luggage per customer
2. The height, width, and depth must be within 100 x 30 30 cm
3. Weight must not exceed 10kg
If your luggage does not fit within the parameters above we ask that you use a different means to transport your luggage.
We recommend you to clearly mark your luggage using a name tag to avoid confusion with another passenger's luggage.

The following items are not permitted as carry-on or stored luggage.

∙Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewellery, share certificates and antiques

∙Firearms and knives
∙Cardboard, etc.
∙Animals or pets
