■ On the day of your trip, kindly show your "Mobile Boarding Pass" to the driver of the designated bus for boarding. As a rule there are no crew members present at the bus stops. If you are unable to show your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new one for the full price. [Important] Passengers eligible for the student discount are required to present both their ticket and a valid student ID to the driver when boarding. If you do not bring proof for your discount you will have to pay the full fare. Important Information Regarding Refunds For the following cases, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. 1. No show due to lateness Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself. 2.Price fluctuations. Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given. 3. Change to buses Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities. 4. Late arrivals Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection. [Important notes regarding your booking] * Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1. ・Seats are allocated automatically by the booking system. Please note that booking passengers as a group does not guarantee that everyone will be seated next to each other. (Because the seat allocation is automatic, we are unable to accommodate any requests.) [Important notes regarding your bus ride] ・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited. ・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts. ・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat. ・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks. ■ Boarding Information ・ Please kindly wear a mask when boarding. (From 13 March 2023, the wearing of masks will be at the discretion of the individual passenger.) ・ Passengers who are feeling unwell, or have symptoms such as coughing or a fever, are kindly requested to refrain from boarding. ・ Hand sanitizers are available on board for your use. Feel free to use them as needed. ・ The air inside the vehicle is refreshed approximately every five minutes using the external air mode. The doors and windows will remain open while the bus is waiting. ・ Our drivers have their temperature checked before starting their shift and will wear a mask while assisting passengers. Luggage restriction |
The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply: 1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger. 2. The sum of your luggage's height, width and depth must not exceed 200 cm. 3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg. If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery. To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with an identifier; we recommend using name tags. The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage. * Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures * Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, stock certificates, and antiques * Dangerous goods * Furniture * Delicate equipment * Firearms, blades, and other weapons * Cardboard boxes Animals and pets. However, officially recognized guide dogs are exempt from this rule. During busy times, large items (such as bicycles, musical instruments, ski gear, and sports equipment) may not be accepted for boarding.
