Reservation Confirmation

I want to confirm my reservation.
Visit your my page on the kosokubus.com website or check the confirmation email you received at the time of reservation.

I have completed my reservation, but I have yet to receive a confirmation email.
Confirmation emails are sent to the provided email address automatically once a reservation has been made.
If your mail is not received, please check the below.

1. That there are no mistakes in the email address provided.
Please check the email address you registered with from the "My Page".
If there is a mistake please correct it from the "My Page"

2. Junk Mail settings
Mails may be prevented from being received due to junk email settings.

Example
・ There may be a limit to the number of characters allowed to be received.
・ Emails containing URLs
・ Emails containing attachments.

Either turn of your email firewall, or change your settings to allow emails from【info-inbound@kosokubus.com】.

3. The emails are being diverted to your junk email folder.
Emails may be automatically diverted to your junk email folder.

4. You may have an email address that does not send or receive emails.
There are some emails that are not setup to receive internet emails, so do not operate as expected Example Email addresses with a "."
before the @ Email addresses with a long string of symbols or numbers.

In the past it was possible to use this kind of e-mail address, but as a proportion of these email addresses cause errors.
Most phone companies do not allow these email addresses to be used.
We request that you refrain from registering with these types of email address listed above.

Amendments

I want to add more passengers to my booking, what should I do?
Make a new reservation with the additional number of passengers.

After making the reservation some bus companies will treat the bookings as one group booking and aim to keep you together if they are informed.
* It is not guaranteed that you will be seated next to each other.

We will confirm whether or not the bus you require is available for your group.
Please inform us of the following

Can there be multiple departure and destination locations for a group booking?
Seperate bookings should be made for each seperate boarding and alighting location.

After making the reservation some bus companies wil treat the bookings as one group booking and aim to keep you together if they are informed.

Can changes be made to the bus or date and time?
Unfortunately changes can not be made to the bus or date and time.
If you are not able to board the bus you have booked, you will have to cancel your reservation and make a new booking for your desired date and bus.
* After payment, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy.

Cancellations can not be made by email. Please follow the procedure as detailed below

Night bus cancellations can be made up until 23:59 on the day before departure.
Day buses must be cancelled by 17:00 the day before departure.

Can the boarding location be changed? Can the number of passengers be changed?
Changing the boarding location will not change the total price so this can be changed.
In regards to the number of passengers this can only be changed if there is a reduction in the number of passengers.

These changes can not be made by email.

Changes to boarding point and number of passengers can be made up until 17:00 two days before departure from the "My Page" section.

I booked a bus using the wrong gender, can I change it?
Unfortunately, these details on the reservation can not be changed.
If you are not able to board the bus with your current reservation details, we suggest that you cancel the current booking and rebook your bus for your preferred date and time.
* If this is after payment has been made, a fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

What shall I do if I need to cancel on the day of departure?
Cancellations on the day of departure are charged at 100% of the trip cost.
This can be done via mail.
