What is an allocated seating plan? How are reservations made?
If seat selection is available, you will be able to choose your seat once a reservation has been made.
Buses with this option will display the seat selection available icon.
If this icon is not available then the passenger will not be able to choose their own seat.

I forgot to select my seat when I made my reservation. Can I change my seat?
Seats are allocated when a reservation is made and can not be changed.

Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for the neighbouring chair to be empty.
However, you can book a bus with double seats.
These seats are for 1 passenger but have enough space for 2 passengers.

We will always aim to keep you seated with members of your group.
However, the seats are decided based on the number of people, sex of passengers and other conditions.
Due to this you may be seated apart from other members of your group.

Can co-travellers on Separate reservations be seated next to each other?
After making the reservation some bus companies will treat the bookings as one group booking and aim to keep you together if they are informed.
