Refunds are paid to your credit or debit card company so there will be no bank transfer or administrative fees.

How are credit or debit card refunds processed?
Refunds are paid directly to your credit or debit card.
If your bill is for ￥3000, then a refund will be made of -￥3000.
It will appear as "オンライントラベル (Online Travel)" or "高速バスドットコム (Kosokubus.com)" on your statement.
If the cancellation is made after the cut off point for your credit or debit card, then your refund may come one month after initial payment.
Depending on the company the individual transaction may not even show as the two payments and instead will be shown as one balanced transaction.
On this occasion please contact your credit or debit card company to confirm transaction details.
When are credit or debit card refunds made?

I made a debit card payment and cancelled/ changed my booking, now I have two withdrawals from my account.
If the price changes after a debit card payment, it is possible that you will have two withdrawals from your account.
